At Erina, we carefully prepare and pack every order before shipping it to you. Since our products are manufactured by us, processing and dispatch times may vary depending on the product.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 4–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Some products may have a different processing or dispatch time. If applicable, the estimated dispatch time will be mentioned on the individual product page.

  • Orders are dispatched only after the order has been successfully confirmed and, where applicable, payment has been received.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking details through your registered contact information.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, the delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Generally, orders are delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch across most serviceable locations in India.

Delivery times may be longer for remote locations, during festive periods, sale events, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that dispatch time and delivery time are separate. For example, if an order takes 4–5 working days to dispatch, the courier delivery period starts after the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at the time of checkout before you complete your order.

Courier & Delivery

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure that your shipping address, PIN code, email address and contact number are correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect PIN code, unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

If you have not received your tracking information after the expected dispatch period, you can contact our support team for assistance.

Delivery Delays

Undelivered or Refused Orders

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the order is refused, the courier partner may make additional delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

If the package is returned to Erina, please contact our support team to discuss the available options. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

We currently ship to serviceable locations across India. Delivery availability depends on the PIN code and courier coverage.
